What Is Brewing?

No, we’re not moonlighting as beer brewers, not just yet, but myself, Tom and Nuke (along with our prefers-to-be unnamed supervision) have been spotted recently lurking among the workings of The Seventh Tap Brewing Project.  As these exclusive photos will attest, we’ve been taking an up-close look into the brewing process.  Even got to put our hands on some of that sophisticated and costly equipment.  Some trusting souls at Seventh Tap.  It’s all a way for us to get behind the scenes as the team at Seventh Tap creates the very first of our original Year of Rock 40th Anniversary Series of craft beers!  The name is still top secret, but as we go about our daily routines over the next week or so, the stuff that becomes beer is doing its stuff within a jungle of interconnected, glistening stainless steel pipes and vats and gauges, a little bit closer finishing.  When it’s ready, we’ll tell you what we’ve decided to call it, and we hope you’ll be among the first to join us for a taste!  More to come!
