Not Long Now…

The day began in the 35-degree range and it’s now nudging past 60 as I write this, a little after Noon. Sure feels like another fairly early start to Spring is on the way. I’m thinkin’ I had most of my veggie garden in by mid-March last year, as has been the case for the past several years. I’ve got work to do on the plot, but it will have to wait since another week of wet weather is forecast. The muddy conditions will no doubt delay more than a few area farmer’s plantings. Daylight Savings Time returns on March 10th, a sure sign we’re springing-forward into growing season!
