A brand new live album from the Allman Brothers Band captures the legendary southern rockers at their absolute peak.
The band just released Fillmore West ’71, a four-disc set featuring a January 31st, 1971 show in San Francisco, recorded just nine months before Duane Allman’s death later than year.
As a bonus, the set closes with a whopping 45-minute version of “Mountain Jam” recorded in New Orleans in March of 1970.
Where do Allman Brothers Band rank among the all-time great live bands? What’s the best live show you’ve ever seen?
