What a Game

Well, Superbowl 52 is in the books, and it was awesome. I can’t remember the last time I enjoyed a Superbowl from start to finish like I did this one.

It wasn’t just because I couldn’t bear to see the Patriots win, and I always get a sense of satisfaction seeing Brady and Belichick seem almost human and fallible, but because the game was downright entertaining.

You had it all, trick plays, controversy and a constant back and forth of scoring that resembled a heavyweight title fight.

No matter your opinion on the controversy surrounding the NFL and politics this year, you have to admit, last nights game was a throwback to why I have always been a fan. It is sport at its highest level.
