Roctober is here!

Roctober is finally here and what a great time of the year! There’s so much going on this month you have to make notes to keep up with it all. We started off with the biggest festival in this area, the Red River Revel which continues through Sunday the 7th in Shreveport’s Festival Plaza.

Prize Fest 2018 is going on Roctober 3rd through the 7th in Shreveport’s West Edge Arts District and Bossier City’s East Bank District. Prize Fest is an unparalleled street festival experience in Shreveport and Bossier City featuring film, music, food, and community.

98 Rocks will be a part of the 903 Music Fest in downtown Longview on the 12th & 13th. The Kenny Wayne Shepherd Band, Clint Black, The Molly Ringwalds and more!

The Jefferson Burn Benefit Biker Rally for Camp I’m Still Me is taking place the 12th – 14th. There’ll be a Bike Show, Live Bands, Poker Run, Bike Games, and a Live Auction.

Sammy Hagar & The Circle, Lita Ford & Bret Michaels will be at the Murphy Arts District Amphitheater in Eldorado, Arkansas on the 19th.

T-Bone Walker Day in Linden Texas is the 20th and includes the awesome blues show and a full T-Bone Steak Dinner  as part of the fundraiser.  Duke Robillard Band,  Whitey Johnson Band, and more!

The State Fair of Louisiana kicks off on the 25th at the Fairgrounds in Shreveport with an exciting midway, live music, good food  and more!

There’s football games, carnivals, flea markets, and don’t  forget Halloween!  There’s a lot going on this month and the weather is starting to change too. Take it all in and enjoy as much as possible!
