Louisiana Schools Closed for Remainder of Academic Year

Gov. John Bel Edwards announced yesterday that Louisiana schools will stay closed for the remainder of the academic school year, and students will not have to make up the missed time. He said he will issue a proclamation later this week, after consulting with other state education leaders.
