The 2019 Red River Balloon Rally kicks off on Wednesday, July 10 and runs through the 15th on the LSUS campus in Shreveport. A part of the Southeast Regional Hot Air Balloon Championship, this event continues to grow bigger & better each year. It truly is a family event with something for everyone. Live entertainment, food and specialty vendors, children rides and activities, balloon glows and much more will be available to you. One of my favorite things about the rally takes place early in the mornings when I look up and see the sky filled with beautiful hot air balloons. Such a unique way to fly and such an incredible sight to behold. Don’t miss this event!
