Balloons Will Soar!

My memories of soaring over South Shreveport/Bossier in a hot air balloon piloted by Pat Harwell during the 2019 Red River Balloon Rally are still fresh as I write this good news. The Red River Balloon Rally will return in 2020, in a socially-distant format, but still promising plenty of “Oohs” and “Ahhs” and skyward “Wows!” for the whole family.
