- Wednesday marks two years since we lost one of the great American songwriters, Tom Petty.
- On October 2nd, 2017, Petty was found unconscious at his Santa Monica home after going into cardiac arrest.
- Petty’s legacy has continued, however. A slew of vaulted material was released with last year’s box set An American Treasure, which featured a music video directed by his daughter Adria.
